Uhm, if I understand the problem correctly: Elementor get you the possibility only to select avatars from Gravatar, so it ignores the settings from WordPress (and the override of the function get_avatar).

Sincerely, I don’t know if I can do something, I think Elementor ignores me… I will do 2-3 tests.

What do you mean for “author page meta”? In the author page it works well, can you post the URL (without domain, of course) of the page? For example: /author/firstname-lastname/
