    Thank you for replying here, As you know I had attempted to contact you prior to posting on this review thread. I received your email yesterday and I thank you for following this up. As you are aware I had actually cancelled the subscription but the gateway was still trying to process payments. I’ll check for a few working days to make sure nothing is activated. Thank you.

    I have the same issue. I have emailed the company several times as I don’t use the product. They keep trying to access the card for payment. I will have to cancel the card now. Surely this is affecting other people?

    In case people are not aware, once ‘W3 Total Cache’ accepts payment they try and access your credit card each year for additional payments. It turns out that this is a subscription product and not a one off. I have not received a reply other than automated emails.

    I agree that they should not be on www.ads-software.com
