It’s been a week, since I enabled full text and the dots are still there. The last resort is a plugin, right?

Any suggestions.

I did not think it took that long, but I did change it again and I see changes in the /feed but not the side bar.

yeah, that is what I figured. I just wanted to make that my last option. I will try to find a similar plugin.

That is weird, try turning off Akismet again. I would not think its any problem with the host or the plugin itself. It’s either a setting or a conflict.

It may be a conflict with another widget or plugin. I recommend searching the support forums where you purchased the theme to see if anyone else had this issue or read the documentation on the comments system that came with the theme.

Your navigation links are controlled by pages. Also if the theme has Custom Menu options available, make sure they are disabled under Appearances > Menu or if the option is available you can use this method.

I recommend reading the documentation that came with the theme.
