This is in production mode.

I changed to sandbox mode and it worked. But I had also changed the email address for the notifications as well as I didn’t want the customer to be bombarded with tests.

Changing back the notifications email address to the clients one it didn’t send the email again.

The clients email address is a valid address as I email them on it all the time.

Also, is there a way to clear out any of the test donations that I have made without having to buy delete monster?

I have been in contact with the server administrators and they found out that there were a few rules catching the uploader out – “remote file injection”

They have disabled those rules for our site and it’s all working fine now.

I have looked at the error logs generated by WordPress and nothing in there.

Have looked at the logs generated by the server (in cPanel) and can’t see anything in there.

What would you suggest next?

Where would I find the error logs?

That’s the one I am using.

I login to the admin, click on “Add File” on the left. This all works and I get the page to add the file. As soon as I actually click the button on that page to add the file though, I get a page not found error.
