I have the same problem here:
After selecting an image, the button “Insert into post” closes the media-manager, but doesn’t add anything to the editor. And the button “Insert with JW Player” (when selecting a video file) does not react in any way.
I’m running the lastest plugin (2.1.14) and WordPress (4.2.2).
Maybe the best way would be a screen share, if you can’t reproduce the problem. Should I get in contact with you through the email you posted in this thread already?
