In reply to: [European VAT Compliance Assistant for WooCommerce] Empty Tax ReportThanks, that makes sense and I put through another test order and I now see I have report data, thanks for clearing that up.
It’s led me to a couple of further question though,
Is it possible to display the tax rate code in the report.
And if I add some extra reduced tax rates in the tax list, how do I target those at a product? or product types.
I’m an EU tax newbie and we want to offer some products at standard and some at reduced rate.

In reply to: [European VAT Compliance Assistant for WooCommerce] Empty Tax ReportI added S in that list so it now looks like
“S, VAT, V.A.T, IVA, I.V.A., Value Added Tax, TVA, T.V.A., BTW, B.T.W.”
but still no reports are showing

In reply to: [European VAT Compliance Assistant for WooCommerce] Empty Tax ReportS for standard rate,
Have you added that in the plugin settings for what tax labels should be identified as VAT?
Is that “Tax classes used for customer place-of-supply goods”?
Standard is ticked yes.If it’s not that where do I configure it?

In reply to: [European VAT Compliance Assistant for WooCommerce] Empty Tax ReportThanks for getting back to me David,
So I can’t see any javascript errors in the console.
I also noticed when I export the csv it’s empty as well apart from the header, but that might be because I don’t have premium yet? We were planning on getting the premium version if the initial testing goes well but this report problem is not ideal as we need to see what it looks like.
