I haven’t found a solution yet.
I was suggested to use this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-original-media-path/ but it just messed up all the images and the upload didn’t work at all. Maybe I wasn’t able to configure it the right way.
Anyways, I still have the same problem.
