    Sorry again Pepe,
    I created a new order now in Stripe test mode by redoing the same order made yesterday with a discount of €144.90 on a total cost of €145.00
    The result was identical to yesterday, that is, an order arrived on Stripe which was processed for €150.00 while on the roderi.it site the order placed was €0.10 but the status is still awaiting payment.

    Hi Pepe,
    Thanks for the support, I’ll answer the things you asked me.
    I have updated the Woocommerce Database to version 8.1.0
    The Woocommerce plugin was already updated but I had not updated the database

    you will see that I have enabled the test mode, to be able to carry out further tests but despite all these changes the result has not changed.
    Orders placed are always awaiting payment and do not go any further.

    as far as email notifications are concerned, they are set correctly, in fact they have always worked, the fact that the email does not go out is because the status remains awaiting payment.

    Saif one more thing,
    given that the order on woocommerce remains awaiting payment, no email arrives from wordpress, neither to the customer nor to the website administrator, while for Stripe it is finished!!!
    All this causes many problems because the customer does not understand why the credit card paid but the shopping site did not send any communication after the order was completed.

    Good morning Saif,
    I did the checks you asked me to and I noticed that the active webhook had the associated API not updated to the latest one, so I created a new webhook by putting the correct parameters and deactivated the old one.
    Unfortunately the situation has not changed, after the order placed by me to verify the functioning, the order was always left awaiting payment, while on Stripe it was successful.
    Furthermore, something shocking happened, I purchased an item that cost €145.00 but with a discount code of €144.90 and on woocommerce the order was €0.10 while on Stripe a payment of €150 was created!!! This is crazy!!!
    Not only did he add €5.00 but he did not take into consideration the discount of €144.90 and therefore only charged €0.10!!! Inside the woocommerce order there is only this note: Stripe payment intent created (Payment Intent ID: pi_3NppQZLYQP6jqf8B0bnZYfOf)

    and nothing more!!!
    What happen?
    Is it a woocommerce or stripe problem?

    I hope you can help me because if we don’t find a solution I will be forced to disable payment with Stripe.

    The thing I don’t understand is why it all started in August and only for credit cards.

    Hi everyone,
    after fixing the plugin problems, now i have a redirection error again after logging in with Facebook.
    Continue to stay in the facebook popup without closing it and continue in the original window.
    The link that makes me go is always the same as in the previous error situation: “/my-account/#_=_”
    The strange thing is that with the same configuration the test site works while on the one in production it doesn’t.

    Hi,
    i resolved problem of refresh page on redirect after social login, was this plugin: PageSpeed Ninja, after deactivate the problem was risolved.
    But remain the problem with Social Login on Mobile (test with iPhone X, IOS 13.3.1), i have tried with safari and chrome but the result is the same: open popup login of Facebook and redirect on (xxx) page, but no logging is maded.
    If i refresh the page i see always the Facebook button for social login.
    But if i go in the (my-account) page i see that i’m logged in!!!

    Why this behavour?

    Hi,
    sorry but the problem is another. i don’t need to go in the account page, i configurated your Social Login to redirect in the same page (xxx) and not to go in (my-account/edit-account). In the same page where i landing the session is not update, i’m logged but the fields are empty.
    Try to go after (my-account/edit-account) to (xxx) abd you’ll see again the page (xxx) like not logged with empty fields.
    Or do a simply F5 refresh of the (xxx) page after Social Login and you’ll see the page (xxx) logged with fields not more empty.
    This is the problem. No real refresh in the same page configurated as redirect page after Social Login.

    This is a great problem!!!!++Please help me
