In reply to: [Blocksy] After version 2.0.31 Menu Dropdown not workingThe blocky theme has been fantastic thus far. No issues. We recently noticed that the drop-down menu doesn’t work when clicked on Desktop device but it works fine on Mobile and Tablets. Whenever one tries to click a drop-down menu on Desktop, no sub-menu works.
After troubleshooting (deactivating all plugins, and clearing cache) we discovered that the drop-down menu on Desktop device worked well after rolling back to an earlier version of the Blocksy theme.

In reply to: [Super Progressive Web Apps] Too many redirect errorPutting this here for reference.
The issue has been resolved. The Home Page was linking to HTTP instead of HTTPS. I Had to reinstall the SSL certificate to fix this.
Thanks
@teamjh19 – Looking forward to know if the settings works for you so I can learn.
In the folder ?? /ultimate-member/languages, the files available are in en_US.po . I just checked again. My site language is in en_US.
I made changes to ultimate-member-en_US.po, saved it and uploaded it to /wp-content/languages/plugins/
Should I delete the original files ultimate-member-en_US.po and ultimate-member-en_US.mo in the folder ?? /ultimate-member/languages
It’s in en_GB.
Thanks.
Thanks.
Yes, I was able to locate the strings in the English translation file. I’m trying to change(translate) the following source text:
This email is already linked to an existing account
Your username is already taken
Password is incorrect. Please try again.
I’m still unable to see the changes I made to the English translation files.
I’ve updated the error messages with the English translation files in https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1578-change-english-text-in-forms.
I copied the English translation files( ultimate-member-en_Us.po and ultimate-member-en_Us.mo) from /ultimate-member/languages.
2. Paste the translation files in /wp-content/languages/plugins/
3. Download the app https://www.poedit.net
4. Open the English translation file with ultimate-member-en_Us.po file in /wp-content/languages/plugins/ using the PoEdit App.
5. Saved the edited file in /wp-content/languages/plugins/
6. Left the orginal file in /wp-content/languages
Visited the page that contains the UM forms but the error message is still the default one. Am I missing anything pls?
Thanks for your quick response, @champsupertramp
I have checked the link above but it is a bit different. I am searching for a guide to change the Error messages such as ‘The email address is already registered’ etc. on the Log In form and Registration form.
Thanks @wfadam. I am happy to tell you that the scan request is now working after I flushed the Cache and toggled WF settings. The last Wordfence scan was successful.
Apologies for my slow reply.
I’ve updated “Use the Cloudflare “CF-Connecting-IP” HTTP header to get a visitor IP. Only use if you’re using Cloudflare.” and then SAVE the settings. Also disabled and enabled remote scan. I got the error message “Scan failed after forking”.
Eventually, I disabled Cloudflare to scan the site and the operation was successful. It seems that I will manually disable Cloudflare every time I want to scan. Hope the conflict gets sorted out in future updates.
Thanks a lot for your help.
Cheers!
This is to confirm that the diagnostic report has been sent to wftest @ wordfence . com
Thank you!
Please how do I get the diagnostic? Should I go to Tools>> Diagnostics >> Send report by e-mail to [email protected]
Thank you.
I went to Wordfence > Tools > Diagnostic > Debugging and enable Start All Scans Remotely.
Then visited Wordfence > Scan page, cancelled the current scans and started a NEW scan.
I got this Pop-up message – Scan Failed
The scan has failed to start. This is often because the site either cannot make outbound requests or is blocked from connecting to itself. Click here for steps you can try.
Thank you for your response, @wfadam . I appreciate your kind response.
I have added the site’s IP address to Cloudflare Whitelist and attempted another scan. I got the result; Scan process ended after forking.
Pop-up message still reads – Scan Failed
The scan has failed to start. This is often because the site either cannot make outbound requests or is blocked from connecting to itself. Click here for steps you can try.
Thank you.
