In reply to: Moved site url and now wordpress is not saving.Hi CloudRedux,
Yes, I’ve saved Permalinks settings as part of the procedure. I’ve restored the backup using the Updraft Plus, but I didn’t restore the database. I can save changes now, Elementor is loading correctly again, but I keep seeing the same error.
I’m not sure how to restore database properly (updraft plus asks for an add-on).
I have a backup that I’ve done using FTP. I think I could try to upload everything manually.Forum: Fixing WordPress

In reply to: Moved site url and now wordpress is not saving.debug.log shows this:
PHP Notice: ob_end_flush(): failed to send buffer of zlib output compression (1) in /home/zafallon/www/newsite/wp-includes/functions.php on line 4757
I’m thinking that the best way to solve this issue is to upload the website backup files. what do you guys think?

In reply to: Moved site url and now wordpress is not saving.I’ve also tried to edit a page using Elementor, but it’s not loading.
I contacted the host again. They won’t send me details about that. They ran some tests and say that the problem is on the plugin.
But nevermind, I’ve changed to WP Maintenance…

Just to be clear abot my last post, I have deactivated all the plugins, EXCEPT SeedProd.
I’ve already contacted my hosting provider yesterday and they told me that this problem is related to this plugin. The 503 error disappears only when the SeedProd plugin is deactivated.
This is becoming a frustrating experience.
I have deactivated ALL the plugins, but the problem still persists.
Hi,
I’ve checked this items from troubleshooting page:
– Maintenance Mode is active
– Page is published
– Isolation Mode enabledHere are the plugins:
– Akismet Anti-spam
– Elementor
– Elementor Pro
– Envato Elements
– iThemes Security
– Ocean Extra
– Rank Math SEO
– Updraft PlusHello again,
I’ve contacted the hosting provider. According to them, the problem is on the plugin.
The plugin is disabled now, and the 503 error is not happening. How can we solve this problem? I really need the maintenance page.
Hello,
Thanks for the support. Do you have any idea why this 503 error doesn’t happen when I replace the plugin page for the html I’ve built?
What exactly should I request to the hosting provider?
I’ve tried two other browsers with clean cache and history.
When I go to the url on Chrome (same browser I’m logged in on WordPress) I see the Maintenance Page.
When I try on other two browsers (Safari and Firefox) I see the blank page.
Inspecting the code, I see this:
<!DOCTYPE html> <html class="sp-html sp-seedprod sp-h-full"> <head> <!-- Open Graph --> <meta property="og:url" content="https://idsmailgraf.com.br/" /> <meta property="og:type" content="website" /> <!-- Twitter Card --> <meta name="twitter:card" content="summary" /> <meta charset="UTF-8"> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"> <!-- Default CSS --> <link rel='stylesheet' id='seedprod-css-css' href='https://idsmailgraf.com.br/wp-content/plugins/coming-soon/public/css/tailwind.min.css?ver=1.2.7.1' type='text/css' media='all' /> <link rel='stylesheet' id='seedprod-fontawesome-css' href='https://idsmailgraf.com.br/wp-content/plugins/coming-soon/public/fontawesome/css/all.min.css?ver=1.2.7.1' type='text/css' media='all' /> <!-- Global Styles --> <style> </style> <!-- JS --> <script> var seedprod_api_url = "https://api.seedprod.com/v4/"; var seeprod_enable_recaptcha = 0; </script> <script src="https://idsmailgraf.com.br/wp-content/plugins/coming-soon/public/js/sp-scripts.min.js" defer></script> <script src="https://idsmailgraf.com.br/wp-includes/js/jquery/jquery.js"></script> </head> <body class="spBgcover sp-h-full sp-antialiased sp-bg-slideshow"> <div class="tv"> <div class="screen mute" id="tv"></div> </div> <script> var sp_subscriber_callback_url = 'https://idsmailgraf.com.br/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=seedprod_lite_subscribe_callback&_wpnonce=adfc69f660'; var sp_is_mobile = false; </script> </body> </html>
Hello,
This is strange. I’ve disabled the plugin and built (manually) an html page on saturday, because I didn’t want to let a blank page on index. I don’t know why you were able to see the page I built using the plugin.
Anyway, I’ve enabled it again, and all I see is a blank page again.
