asking this because i would like to make similar work in a page and i’m getting crazy for not finding solution to accomplish my goal since weeks i’ve been working on it.

tried intall jqueryscrollto but no effect- don’t know if did it right or wrong; (included in js folder in wordpress and put <script> within <header> of the theme.

would be great if you of someonw give me some light

it seems they have smooths scroll implemented just the way i would like to do in wordpress.
but have no idea how to make this. do you have suggestions?
