Hi, thanks for the reply!!

I did not experience these problems until AFTER switching hosting to Hostinger from Siteground.
The payed plugins I used were these:
https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/integrate-google-drive/
https://www.joomunited.com/wordpress-products/wp-file-download

I believe the configuration was all correct and it was very easy to do. I could browse files in my google drive from WordPress and could assign them to products.
The way I understand it, and maybe I’m wrong, is that with these plug-ins the complete download traffic is referred to Google Drive and NOT handled by the website server anymore, right? In other words what kind of server I’m using shouldn’t matter because they’re not the ones handling the download request?
But what I’m seeing is that the download is just as fast and just as likely to fail with and without the plug-in. It’s like the server is still managing the download even though the file should be downloading from google drive.

I’m not seeing any error messages. The download just stops and then you’re left with a .zip file that won’t extract because it’s incomplete.

What I mean is if the “Lite-version” product is in their account, meaning they downloaded it from my store as a registered user, then they will get the discounted price.

It’s a landing page for promoting a music release.
The idea is that you don’t want to push spotify ads to non-spotify users and vice-versa.
So what you do is, you present them a page that has a button that leads to the song on spotify, one for amazon, one for apple music etc etc.

If possible I’d like to create something like that myself.
All it needs to do is to forward people to the song on the proper streaming service.

It’s solved. My hosting support could fix it.

Hey Bryan, thanks for chiming in.
Sadly that option was already disabled.

It was the same result while running troubleshoot mode of the Site Health plug-in which uses the twentytwenty theme and disables all plug-ins….
I even tried sending someone an exact copy of my site via the ?ll-in-one-migration”plug-in. Disabling re-captcha on the “Review reminder”plug-in solved his problem on his computer and server, but not on mine……

I feel like I’m always getting the weird problems that no one knows how to solve…

Tried all that. Same result…

The only conflict the plug-in shows me is that I don’t have a default theme installed and that I’m not on the most current wordpress version

No just a spam plug in, but deactivating that had no effect.

I removed the capture to see if that was the issue and forgot to put it back.
If you try again you should get a refuse error.

If you leave a review via email reminders via the plug-in it works fine, but if you try to leave a review on the site, by clicking the “Review” tab, selecting the rating, writing the comment and submitting, that leads to a “refuse to connect” error.

And it’s the same regardless of logged in or not. I’ve had two other people confirm this error.
