Update.
Looks like when I deactivate WPML plugin, wp-admin page loads. Very strange, its working on main page wp-admin. Well, now I know what is problem ??

So, to be short, its impossible to have wordpress network installed in subfolder of server and functioning 100% ?

Thanks for answer. Yes, new domain is pointed to subdirectory in Cpanel properly.
Do you have any other suggestion than creating new installation and mooving it to its own folder. As I can see in tutorial, quote: “Caveat: Do this at your own risk. For most site owners, it is not recommended to put WordPress in a different directory unless you have a very good reason, and are an experienced and highly skilled WordPress developer, as this can cause issues with a lot of plugins.”

I have contacted hosting company, looks like all wp-admin pages are under attack and login is blocked. They putted my ip on whitelist, for now its working. Many thanks for support !

Yes, only one thing, changed the password for administrator.
Also, I tried to manually revert old password trough phpMyadmin, still no luck ??

Also, I have a backup of complete website, done it 5 days ago (while it was running fine). I restored it and restored database, same thing happening ??

I have already tried that, renamed folder plugins to plugins_old , also tried with themes folder. Any other help would be greatly appreciated since my whole business depends on this webpage ??
