Hi hjogiupdraftplus, I checked and the file is present and does not seem corrupt.
The version of the plugin installed is 5.2.4, because by installing 5.2.5 the site crashes and doesn’t work so I went back to the previous version.
I also opened a support ticket a couple of months ago, but since it didn’t solve the problem I didn’t try again.

Version 5.2.4 works, no problems

I answer the questions in order.
It doesn’t actually show any errors, as soon as I activate the plugin a white screen appears. By typing the URL I return to the WordPress administration home and this is (strangely) displayed, then I return to the list of installed plugins and find AIOS deactivated. If I try to reactivate it again, same thing.
I tried to check the .htaccess file (I read the other topics), but I think that, by not activating the plugin, the .htaccess file is not modified (in fact it is intact).
I tried to see the log file that the hosting offers me on the server, but it doesn’t give me any errors. I tried to activate wordpress debugging by writing logs to a file, but it doesn’t write anything.
Finally, I installed version 5.1.7, because it was a zip file that I had kept for another client, I couldn’t find version 5.2.4 on the internet. However, I do updates regularly, so I got to 5.2.5 by updating from 5.2.4.

I tryed to import a CSV file with only two columns: Username, Email
But i have the same issue and WP return the same messages.
