my server is in bulgaria and regulary I check both sites and both have same my IP, so for the moment it seems ok.

thank you for writing me back: it has been difficult to me too explain something like this. I try better, but anyway I tell you that now it seems it is working properly.
this is what happened: some day ago I downloaded your plugin for block IP. it was working well but this morning a message came informing me that I had to check the block rules cause otherwise at the next login it should have been impossible to log.
first question I got: if I have an IP that is under block, how can I login?
so I went to check the rules and I realized in validation rule setting / your IP address country that I was logged from US.
I had a VPN connection over switzerland so I disconnetted and tried a new country, but with the same result.
I checked also a second website related with the first, even with your plugin and the same blocks, but over there everything was ok.
second question I got: if the problem is not in the pc, is it between my vpn and the login page of the website?
third question I got: is it possible something like this?
then I tried the last thing so I changed the password, with the block unactive, and restart the pc.
since that moment it is working again with the original blocks !!
last questions: what is happened? how can I avoid this problem in the future?
I have never been blocked and I checked my ip in several websites confirming the ip showed by the software I have.
