The space in the slug name was the problem. So what I did was to rename the slug of the taxonomy (Using CPT UI plugin) from “service offerings” to “service-offerings” and migrate the terms into the renamed taxonomy.

This then also solved the problem in relevanssi settings as well and now I can select the options.

The slug names are “service offerings” and “product offerings”. there is a space in the name. Could the space in the name cause the issue?

I tried enable only one of them and yet it couldn’t enable it.

Product Offerings & Service Offerings are the names that shows in the list.

Is there any way to activate it for all posts of a specific post type at once? Or it has to be done one-by-one?
