Two weeks after my first submitted support ticket, multiple requests to reply to my ticket and still no answer. This feels like a scam product because I paid for it and on the website of Dracula Dark Mode it says “We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our help & support service.” I’ve been getting zero support.

This is the original message from the support ticket I submitted.

After the last update 1.2.1 of Dracula Dark Mode, the layout of our website is not correct anymore. See https://pixelpraat-podcast.com. The Light version is how it should be, but if you switch to Dark mode it’s bugged.

The reason we don’t use CVS but HTML is because we want to create hyperlinks in the table. If I’m correct, this is not possible with CVS.

The hiding option works and is a good workaround. Thank you very much!

I followed the steps and disabled a few plugings. Eventually i found out that the theme also uses OpenGraph tags. Luckly i could disable this in the theme options.

It all works fine now. Thank you.

I’ve got sort of the same question. On my website i got a front-database where i only want to show the first, lets say nine items. Let’s call it featured items.
