Hi,
Thank you for your email. We don’t use caching in our test environment for obvious reasons, that’s why we found it a bit odd.
Deleting the level made it disappear both in the membership area and the drop down list, however disabling the level made it disappear in the membership area only, but not the dropdown list.
We deleted the level now so the issue is resolved, but I do appreciate looking into this.
If this occurs again I’ll be sure to provide more details.
Great support!

Hi,
Could you advise if the fix will be incorporated in the next release please?

Hi,
Thank you for your email. Just a quick update to let you know that the issue does not exist in version 2.4.4, 2.4.5 and 2.4.6. The Level filtering is working just fine with those releases.
The issue started with 2.4.7.
Hope that helps

Hi,
Thank you for your response. That’s correct. The issue only occurs with the Levels. All the other filters work as intended. In addition to what I said earlier I would want to add that we followed the basics and tested a new dummy level, disabled all the plugins, removed LMS tables from the database, although we didn’t not touch wp_options settings. We have few test environments so if there’s a way to reset the LMS completely we’re happy to do so. The database holds more than 3000 courses currently and growing therefore filtering becomes a core element.
Hope that helps and await your response.

Hi,
I would appreciate an advice on that as newly added courses are also not showing up. I suspect this happened after the update where custom levels were introduced.
We have quite a few courses under ‘Mind’ (different levels) but the search results are empty.

Hi,
I should add that the only course that is showing up in the results is a course that has no level specified (by mistake).

Hi,
That’s brilliant. That’s exactly what I was after!

Hi,
Thank you for pointing us into the right direction. We’ve investigated and managed to resolve the issue which is fantastic. We really appreciate your support with this.
After cancelling a membership the user’s course history (under account) disappears. Is that a normal behaviour? Our assumption was that users get to keep their study history and continue where they left off after membership renewal.
Could you advise please?
Great support!

Hi,
That’s actually not relevant in my case as I don’t use expiring memberships. I saw many people having a problem with it so I assumed the issue also them.
Following your guide I create a generic user and a basic membership. I enroll a few courses and then cancel the membership. They courses are still available for the user.
What usually happens to an enrolled course after a membership is cancelled? Last time you mentioned a user should be prompted to purchase a new membership the access the course again. How can I achieve that? The status of the course for the user in the database shows up as “enrolled”.
Perhaps you can provide a demo site (or share some screenshots) so I can understand the process a litter better.

Any updates on this please?

Hi,
I disabled all the plugins and left LMS only. Sadly the scrolling still does not work. It does work in a small window. When I maximise the window it stops and nothing happens. It happens in all the browsers on PCs, surprisingly it works on mobiles. What would be the next step to troubleshoot the issue?

Hi,
That’s great, thank you.
So, if I set up a 7 day plan and people enroll in with some courses, after those 7 days they won’t be able to view those courses anymore, am I right?

Max
That’s great, thank you.
Where can I see those on the front end?

Try this custom css…
.stm-lms-modal-login .modal-body .nav li:nth-child(2) { display: none !important; } .stm-lms-wrapper__login #stm-lms-register { display: none; }

In reply to: Re-register existing media filesThanks Steven,
I didn’t consider manual update due to a large number of files but Fix Media Library plugin did the job.
