fyi, the issue has been resolved with advice from my hosting company. After analysis, they concluded that webp has issues on safari while caching plus cdn usage could have also contributed in part to the reliability of the site. All these have been disabled and things went back to normal for the time being. Once again, thank you for taking the time to help, my friend.

I have another example where the featured picture is not appearing on safari while chrome displays it.

When you see the website earlier, I might have just updated the images like 3-4 hours ago. I have recreated the issue. Now you will see the image not displaying on the last image @ https://www.propertybank.sg/property/dalvey-haus/

Earlier, I have renamed and upload the images that were affected to the media library using Safari. Attached to the post, the images displayed on Safari and Chrome.

Now I have recreated the issue by using Chrome to select the original image for the post. Take a look @ https://www.propertybank.sg/property/dalvey-haus/

i have found an entry that refuses to display the images on the actual site.

On chrome, the images displayed. While on Safari, certain images are displayed.

On safari, I tried clearing and reinserting the photos from the media library for the entry. I could select the photos, however, it will not be displayed.

I have just clear my safari cache. It’s still the same. I’m using cloudflare in addition to SG Optimizer’s Dynamic Caching. Actually it has been working well till a week ago when I turned on Cloudflare and start to notice that the media library thumbnails aren’t appearing. Was thinking it might take some time to propagate all the information to the other cloudflare servers. But the issue did not go away.

Thank you for your reply. After going thru the steps you have given, it’s getting better. The previous images appears. However, the pictures that were uploaded yesterday thru chrome, is not showing.

I have the same issue as Stefan57 & tried your solution above. In my case, i have a promotion message, let’s say, offer is valid till 30 June 2020. How do I set the condition to display the promo message inclusive of 30 June 2020.

or is there a way to do a mathematical addition in the conditional value field as the expiry date will be displayed as well?

Thanks for replying. I saw that too and has been fixed. I have provided 2 pics. One is using safari and the other, chrome. Same page except that safari thumbnail displays are all ??? while chrome is ok. Which makes me wonder, where went wrong? The other pages’ pictures are displaying correctly though on safari, the media library thumbnails are all ???

I have fixed the pictures issue on that particular page by uploading new and rename pics thru safari. However, the media library thumbnails are still unsolved.
