As an example. If I fill in “Company” first, the warning pops up. Also, when I start filling out the form and then click outside the form, the warnings are triggered.

Of course I understand the behavior, that the user is made aware of the necessary fields. However, I have the feeling that in some configurations the warnings appear too quickly.
Especially in longer forms with a lot of required fields, there are a lot of red warnings for the user.

Is there a possibility to control this behavior, to adjust etc.?

If you download version 1.17-beta1 from Github, you will now find a checkbox in the Advanced Options to remove the message.

Would be great if the 1.17 is officially released soon.
