Yes it’s down. I created support ticket and was told that it was server issue which has been resolved. But i still dont see widget icon on my website.

Crons should also be limited to running no more than 1 time every 60 minutes

I can see that my directadmin control panel provides option to set interval time for cron.

This is the line which is triggering error.

@gabrielfuentes thanks for the reply. I am afraid the links you shared doesn’t help with my issue. They deal with orders that have been placed. My issue is with pending order.

The pending order holds stock and releases it after the set time limit. However if I force cancel the pending order, the product is not restocked.

@aashik thanks for the reply. I know about the hide out stock option but what I wanted was the choice to be of buyer. Some would like to see all available products and subscribe for the ones that are out of stock, while others would want to remove them from search option.

Thanks for the reply @sterndata. I contacted the host and it turned out to be some bug with directadmin that was causing the issue. Issue is resolved now. Thanks for the help

Just want to add that it seems even the title text size has reduced. So would appreciate help with it as well.

Got 3 cancellation request out of which it didn’t show reason in 2. I am just wondering if it’s possible for customers to submit reason form without entering anything?

Tried default setting of Litespeed cache but it didn’t work. I disabled litespeed cache and conversions started to work. I enabled litespeed again and then it stopped working. How do I fix this?

Changing back to w3 Total cache made conversions started working again. Google ads captured the conversions. However its not working with Litespeed cache. I checked with Litespeed team and the checkout and cart pages are not cached. Not sure what’t the issue. Will communicate with litespeed team.
