I installed the plugin. Dry run found there are 240 changes, whereas I have only 210 products. So, I doubt it is going to change something else those are not products. Due to the limitation in the free version, I am unable to manually check the results. So, will buy the pro version and update the result here.

I too had the same issue. admin-ajax.php took around 3 seconds to load. So I disabled the file. So, far I noticed nothing bad.

That’s not my fault mate. I had to rate the plugin before writing a review or asking a doubt. So, I was forced to rate it with 1 star since I couldn’t get the plugin work. I wrote here because I thought other users who have already downloaded this plugin and resolved the issue could help me.

This script is very simple – it checks if the specific post has a featured image set and, if the featured image isn’t set, the script checks for the first attached image and sets it as a featured image. This operation is executed for every save or post operation.

As this instruction is executed on every post displayed, introducing a slight performance hit to your website, they recommend removing the following lines once all the featured images have been generated:
