In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Troubleshooting Missing SEO Settings in Yoast PluginHello @seline00
Thanks for reaching out. Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty-Two.
Please test this on your development or staging site if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.
If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts
If you feel uncomfortable doing this yourself or if this does not solve your issue, our Yoast SEO Premium plugin comes with one year of (technical) support.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Emojis not working in meta title and descriptionsHello @rankboost
Thanks for reaching out, but I couldn’t replicate what you reported in Yoast SEO v23.9 and WordPress v6.7. Though the emojis disappear from the SEO title and meta description fields, do you see them in the page source?

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Error with Sitemap and Google Search ConsoleI tried replicating your setup by choosing Language name added as a parameter in WordPress > WPML > Languages > Language URL format. When I translated my homepage into two other languages, I didn’t have to fill out the slug field; it was auto-populated. All three versions of the homepage are also included in the page sitemap.
As I mentioned before, there may be something else peculiar to your setup, that’s excluding the EN version.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Error in sitemapHello @davideambrami & @grayloon,
Thanks for using Yoast SEO. The issue is caused by an empty?whitespace or a blank line which appears due to a conflict with another plugin or your theme. Usually, there is an empty space or a blank line before or after the closing PHP opening or closing tag, which shouldn’t be there.
You can narrow down the exact source of conflict by performing a conflict check. Once you have identified whether your theme or a plugin causes the issue, please contact the developers of that theme or plugin for assistance in finding and removing the white space.
