I finally decided to use the price filter integrated into woocommerce, problem this one is not displayed on my store page, so that’s why I don’t have an answer from WOOF support
I’m not sure if I understand this correctly. It looks like you currently have the Woof price filter, which seems to be working properly.

How and where did you add the built-in Filter Products by Price widget?

Regarding worpress and my Sql version I Know It’s important to update but I’m doing a restyling of the site so in the new version I’ll use the most recent version.
Did you at least update WordPress and outdated templates? I can also see that your database is outdated:
WC Database Version: 4.3.1
Before troubleshooting further, I’d suggest making a backup of your site, and updating plugins, templates and database so your WordPress & WooCommerce site works properly.
Updating and verifying database can be done from WooCommerce > Status > Tools

Postcodes look fine. Can you also add the UK to this field to see if that helps?
We’d also like to take a look at your shipping zone settings. Can you please share a screenshot of your shipping zones (WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping> Shipping zones)?
Additionally, from your system status, I’ve noticed that your database version doesn’t match the current version of WooCommerce, which could cause retrieving wrong information from the database. I’d recommend making a backup of your site, and updating & verifying database from WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

When people are browsing the website in english language and placing an order, the auto order confirmation email is sent to them in english.
Out of the box, you can only set one language as your site language from WP-Admin > Settings > General. Since you are using another plugin that allows customers to change the frontend language, the issue is likely linked to the TranslatePress plugin.
For testing purposes, can you try the following to see what happens?
1) deactivate TranslatePress
2) set your site to English
3) place a test order

Our current Woocommerce version is 6.7.0 and it’s the same on our staging instance but it seems to be working fine there.
First, be sure to update your WooCommerce, other plugins as well as your theme. If the issue persist after updating them, you’ll want to check for a plugin/theme conflict.
The best way to determine what’s causing the issue is to temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

As it stands, only the default shipping method (flat rate) displaying when customers log in at the checkout, the API based method disappears. Meanwhile, this doesn’t happen with new customers but the existing ones
To clarify, default shipping methods appear properly for both logged-in and guest users, but the API based shipping methods don’t. If that’s the case, the issue is directly linked to the live shipping rate plugin.
From your system status, I see that you are using the following plugin to show live rates:
Sendbox Shipping: by sendbox – 3.3.3
I’d recommend reaching out to the plugin developer and have them take a look at the issue.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Taxes not calculated for guest usersThis kind of problem is usually caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. The best way to determine this is to:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Test to see if the issue has been resolved
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. We’ve got Braintree plugin logs turned on, but no logs are visible for those Orders.
Can you change the debug mode to
Save to log
in WooCommerce > Settings > Payments > Braintree, and then place test orders?Once you can replicate the issue, please find the log from your transaction in WooCommerce > Status > Logs and share it here (please hide any sensitive information if any)
