I was going to add: try disabling emoticons from the review text (in the first Setup tab). Perform a test import with a single review containing an emoticon.

I find the <div>, then I click “expand recursively”, then copy outerHTML. I copy entire container – <div class="lcorif fp-w">[...]</div>

When the correct HTML and the matching Place ID are inserted, the text box will change to show that its valid. Does this appear for you?
