Hmm, interesting response. While I do appreciate the effort they put into this, it still didn’t work for me and my needs. If you can show me how it would do that I’d be glad to change things, but in the mean time I don’t see any benefit to changing me review. Or is there some benefit to helping others wasting time with something that won’t work as it’s supposed to that I’m not aware of?

The forms were created and have been in use for a while. I’d rather continue to use these instead of creating new forms, is there a way to ad these forms so that new patients could download the existing forms?

Note to self: the recommended plug in didn’t do anything besides waste more time. Page order can be changed by changing the numbers in the box to the right of the pages, don’t try dragging and dropping.

I received an email this morning stating that another person had been granted access to my account and I don’t recognize the name or address. Is there anything different I should do besides read all of the above and try and implement them?

Well I spoke to soon. The description sounds like this plug in would do what I want, but there must be more to getting the drag and drop to work besides dragging and dropping. Can anyone explain what the extra step(s) are?
