I checked the issue with another theme and the problem still persists.

After installing the “Health Check & Troubleshooting” plugin and entering the troubleshooting mode, when I try to activate WooCommerce, I encounter these errors
1: “Plugin actions, such as activating and deactivating, are not available while in Troubleshooting Mode.”
2: “When enabling the plugin, woocommerce, a site failure occurred. Because of this, the change was automatically reverted.”

I also found this error log from about a week ago and I don’t think it has anything to do with this problem

This was because the mail server and site domain were the same
I solved my problem by changing the phpmailer file and changing the domain address

After sending a test email, if sending is a problem, you can see the log at the bottom of the page.
