Since we are also using Videos in other parts of the website we can’t rely purely on your compliance settings…

I had the same issue. On many many many client sites the notifications have been enabled by the latest update, causing mails of worried customers that they received a mail. They wondered if this was real or a phishing attack.

Just spent quite some time going through all of those sites and disabling
a) the completely useless notification in the WordPress Admin
b) the completely useless mail notifications.

Limit Login Attempts has always been a smart plugin that simply ran in the background, but since you offer a premium service now I guess these times are over… too bad, the plugin was very useful.

it’s the return FALSE in line 922….

And that’s the logic issue in that block:
– $enabled = true
– $insert = false (no auto insert)
– _ez-toc-disabled and _ez-toc-disabled are empty strings “”

So none of the rules around line 909 match and false is returned….

No other rule in that function matches -> there is no shortcode on that page (it’s in the template), so line 869 does not match…

If false is returned from is_eligible it won’t add the id’s to headers…

In my tests the has_shortcode(…) returns false, since there is no shortcode on the post content itself…

Yep, just tested with the rc11-version, does not work for me.

The problem is the self::is_eligible(); call…

unfortunately I am not aware of any way to share a whole template + sample pages, but let me try to explain my setup:

+ Divi > Theme Builder
+ Create a new template for all posts
+ add a new text module or code module in that template, add the TOC shortcode there
+ also add a post content module below that; this is where the post content will show up
+ save
+ now create a new post – it should show up using the template from the theme created before… but the TOC will not be rendered.

Hope this helps… if not – can you give me access to your test server, so I can set it up for you?
