Hello,
Our apologies for getting back late.
After checking your reviews and product pages we see two potential reasons that might be blocking our widgets from being updated:
1- Using unsupported emojis on reviews. Judge.me widgets only support the following emojis ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? so if your reviews contain other emojis this may prevent the widget from updating. Please remove them to allow the widgets to update again.
2- Cache plugin, If you’re using a cache plugin like Lite Speed please make sure to purge the cache.
Kind regards.
Hello there,
We recommend checking with their support before making any changes.
Hello,
After checking we see that the default product schema on your store is correctly detecting our aggregate rating
However, the issue with the Missing field “name” is not coming from our end. It seems you’re using another plugin to generate Schema & Structured Data. we recommend checking with them to resolve this issue.

Hello there,
Our apologies for getting back late.
Upon checking the store we found on your profile we noticed that our core files do not follow the newest code split method for CSS/JS files. We have tried to apply the code split method manually for your store but it didn’t seem to take effect.
Could you please try uninstalling/reinstalling our app again? Also, if you are using any cache or optimization plugin, please make sure to purge the cache and check again.
If the issue persists please reach out to us at [email protected] so we can check this issue further.
Kind regards.

Hello,
Please note retrieving cached widgets is only for developers who are looking for more options to customize the widgets. and not as a default option for stores.
Hello,
You can check it out here: Retrieving cached widgets from the Judge.me cache server
Kind regards.
Hello there,
Regarding your inquiry, We have checked your store speed on Google Speed Insights and found our Loader.js and leex.js are loaded under 0ms please see the screenshot for reference https://prnt.sc/C3y7w4Cd7utb
Also, please note that the Judge.me plugin has limited access to your theme. However, you can use 3rd-party WordPress plugin to optimize the speed but make sure they’re not minifying our scripts as they’re already minified.
You can also use our Cache server widgets and skip the default installation for more speed as you can decide where the script is located and when to load it. Please check this guide to learn how it works:?How to make requests to the Judge.me Cache Server.
Lastly, please note that this is beyond the scope of support we can offer for our WordPress plugin at the moment. We would suggest you consult a professional or your web developer for any speed concern cases.
Kind regards.
