Yes it is disabled.
The only thing enabled:
“Scan plugin files against repository versions for changes”No, I do not have that one installed.

In reply to: [Analyticator] Analytics graph no longer appearing on dashboardWorks for me (but I am admin)
I have an Editor, which does not see the graph anymore.
WP running on Linux with PHP version 7.2.6, WP 4.9.8, MySQL version 5.6.x
Since it does state “Compatible up to: 4.8.7” it probably needs a minor update. ??Would be great.
The email “exceeded your resource limits” from the provider (Godaddy) it always correlates with the “scan” from Wordfence.
The provider shows different usages like CPU, Memory, I/O. (which are interesting)
Currently I use CPU: 0/100, Memory: 100M/512M, I/O: 0 / 1,048,576
To prove that it is related to Wordfence: I start a scan manuallyafter 10 sec: CPU 33/100, Memory: 225/512
about 2min: CPU 20/100, Memory: 511/512, I/O Usage: 1,021,952/1,048,576Now I stop the scan, wait about 1min and refresh the hosting resources
Memory: going down to 350/512
I/O usage: 0 / 1,048,576There is something that this scan is doing to put the site in exceeding resource limits. Memory and I/O usage for sure and it only “analyzed” 3600 files of roughly 11000.
Well looking at the log. I can see the indexing. What happens in the Analyzed phase? So if the files are being opened that that is the problem with the cache plugin.

[Feb 28 04:52:19:1519789939.031160:2:info] 4500 files indexedYou said the files will be indexed. The question is are you opening the files and closing them? or are you just reading the directory?
I think the files are being opened and that is why the other plugin (WP Fastest Cache) is caching the files.
I do not have any other explanation for this issue. Is there any other test I can do to isolate the issue? I guess I could stop the caching the next time your scan or indexing runs and report back.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Show Hide Author] Does not work with 4.9.4No, could not get it to work.
Question:
by indexing the files, will another plugin for example WP Fastest Cache already load these indexed files into cache?
I have that suspicion.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Show Hide Author] missing settings for latest versionGlobal Setting not showing for me either.
Using V4.9.4 with Theme from forum.graphene-theme.comI do see inside a Post the option to “Show Hide Author Name” but even when selecting “Hide Author Name” it displays the author.
https://www.teawea.com/beef-burgers/Yes latest version.
You start with “Limited Scan” and then you deselect everything except “Use low resource ….” and you end up with the Custom Scan, after saving.I had to turn of file scanning because of the cache situation. The other plugin caused to cache all scanned files and it was just to much.
I also disabled all “Scans to include” options and only enabled
Use low resource scanning (reduces server load by lengthening the scan duration)
Hopefully the vendor of Fastcache plugin with work together with wordfence to optimize the server loadI disabled all checkboxes in “Scans to include” section.
Now when starting a scan, it takes 15sec to complete.
The only thing in the log that is not skipped is:
[Jan 21 17:50:22] Fetching core, theme and plugin file signatures from Wordfence -> Success.
Is there a particular checkbox that should be included as a minimum?thank you
Any suggestion on a 10 point checklist for the hardening of a site?

In reply to: [WP Fastest Cache] Upper Limit ?Wordfence did a scan.
Had to wait until memory was used up again, then I noticed that a wordfence scan ran a few hours before
