I believe I found the cause and it was the theme I used on it. It is Refined News by Candid Themes. I made a new wordpress since I was building it locally and it turns out that Ultimate Member plugin is not the issue it’s the theme since I used Twenty Nineteen as it comes in as default theme. It showed up perfectly fine. I reported this issue to Candid Theme hopefully they’ll have it resolved since I’m not a pro member.

Note: I’m not sure how to send a screenshot here. Hope my description sheds the light.

@wthyde That is strange! I started a new wordpress and installed only ultimate member with twenty nineteen and it showed up perfectly fine in WP 5.5. It was my theme itself.

@wthyde What theme do you have? I seem to figured out the cause it is my theme. My theme is Refined News by candid Theme.

Hmm. I downgraded to WP 5.4.2 and cleared cache. It still seems not to work or show anything at all.

This right there!! I may try that solution to downgrade the wordpress version!! I looked everywhere and it had to be bad timing that I was about to activate Members Directory and it doesn’t work! I hope this helps alot! I will let you know if downgrading helps!
