In reply to: [EntryWizard] Uploading Video FilesI thought you were running out of space on your server. Wouldn’t mp4 files aggravate that?

In reply to: [EntryWizard] Images will not saveWell that certainly is a good reason.
I checked all my permissions and they are OK – 755 on all folders. My user with [U012] uploaded a few at a time, and anyway no repetition.
There is the workaround which is to disable the breadcrumbs in gallery settings. That forces the user to either use the main page breadcrumbs list or use backarrow. Backarrow goes back to the album and a second gallery does display from there. However it would be nice if this workaround was only temporarily required.
Likewise. v3.58 still has the same error

In reply to: [EntryWizard] Images will not saveI have a user who is getting [U012] messages for some uploads. I don’t know if that may be the same reason. I will have to look at folder permissions when I can get access as we recently had to migrate our site. In your view what should be the folder permission setting.
Correction. widget-id is a constant. The error is in $args[‘widget-id’] ie the array value is undefined or invalid.
Well. I have found a workaround. Up until a recent version of the plugin I have ticked to count Visitors but not Visits. Now I must tick both to get any displays of any stats either in the plugin or the dashboard.
That is a change to the plugin behaviour.
Has anyone else noticed this? It is rather dramatically obvious.
Chrome browser. Not solved by deleting browser cache. Same from a different computer/browser.
It is easiest to add a user instruction on the page to hold Shift before clicking on the link. This opens the link in a new window.
Thanks for the suggestion.
I used WPCode plugin to insert the script. I tried both in footer and in body.
Unfortunately, no go. Examining the page content, there is no element with ID ‘fancybox-title-inside’. Even if there was it would only select the first item on the page and not all images in the gallery.
There are classes ngg-gallery-thumbnail and ngg-fancybox but if they are selected, then there are several <a> tags including the gallery image itself. Thanks for reply.
Using Basic Thumbnail display. Gallery options settings include default-view.php. Examining the assembled page html suggests class fancybox.
At the moment, ‘target=”_blank” is stripped when editing the gallery data itself, but I appreciate there may be a way of adding it back during display via a CSS injection.

In reply to: [EntryWizard] File types allowedTested today with a png file and a gif file and both were rejected. Not sure how a png file got through before but I did check the layout and resave it, so maybe a glitch somewhere.

In reply to: [EntryWizard] Compatability with other platforms? And what are you going to do when that person leaves. The big advantage of WordPress is the easy learning and massive support base.
In any system plan, ‘security of supply’ should be near the top of the design criteria.
