Updating after 4.0 update caused a entire crash on my site. I had to remove WP SEO until it’s resolved (I guess I could backstep it too)

Sorry just now seeing your reply, I didn’t get a email notification.
Updating the plugin caused my site to not load at all, both frontend and admin sections.
Crashed my entire site in other words.

I was now able to reset the password and signin and post on your forum.

Thanks also for the suggestion to disable the caching plugin; I disabled all other plugins, deleted the old photos and reuploaded the gallery and am still having the same issue.

I do get what you’re saying about my server being slow and thus causing my issue with the add to cart button not showing up. Would LOVE to figure out the filename mixing issue.

I’m having an issue with my cart (new install, trying to start using it).

I first tried to join and post on the official forum, but it keeps giving me an error when I try to signin with the supplied password… So that’s not currently an option to me.

I just figured out what is going on with mine; While in the edit>product section when I add a file for download I have to manually click the ‘file URL’ button in the media prompt.
Seems to have fixed my issue.

If that doesn’t work for you, try the other option ‘attachment URL’ or whatever it is.

I started having the same issue today… My links worked fine but any products I’ve added today have had dead links instead, very weird.
I would zip the file and ftp it to your server then email that link to your customers until you get this resolved.
When it works right it’s really nice ??

I don’t see a option to add any fee for local pickup & if you need to charge for delivery & also give a 10% discount can you not just give a 8% discount instead or something like that?
I can’t think of any other way to do it.

WC>Settings>Shipping>Local Delivery
Change ‘fee type’ to percentage of cart, and put -10% in the delivery fee.

Not that I’m aware of… If someone chimes in I’d love to know myself.
I bet someone who knew about writing plugins could write one pretty easy to make it work well.

P.S. I should add that there is a import method for xml data but it’s not worth wasting your time with.

It’s not a restriction of your theme, it’s the intended purpose of WooCommerece. It’s meant to be a eCommerce plugin (think Amazon) and is not intended for a proofing gallery (think Smugmug). So because each product is intended to be different with different descriptions, photos, downloads etc. they don’t have anything like you’re asking.

I too am a wedding photog & am trying to set it up for a proofing/purchasing gallery like you. The fastest way I’ve found is to create a category for your event, then create your last photo (product page) and setup 100% like you want them all with descriptions & variations etc. then publish it and click the ‘copy to a new draft’ button, change to title, permalink & photo to what you want for the next to last photo and repeat. Then set your default sorting order to most resent in settings.

You’ll find that the prices for variations will get jumbled up so you’ll have to go back through and fix them at the very end. Make sure that every variation has a price set to it, 0 for ones that have no cost.

Have you checked to make sure that the shipping calculator is turned on in the settings>shipping panel?

Are you asking how to restrict it to only applying to check & bacs?
I’ve never seen a way to restrict a discount to a payment method.
