In reply to: [Supplier Order Email] Version 3.6.2. crashes frontendHello, another user has alerted us about a problem with the is_plugin_active() function and we have released version 3.6.3 which should fix this bug.
Can you send us the error shown?
Can you update to version 3.6.3 and tell us if it is resolved?
Thank you so much!
The Premium version has the functionality that makes the plugin compatible with WooCommerce bulk import.
The data is stored in the same place for both versions of the plugin but with the Free version you will not be able to do the bulk import.
Ok. If you just want to test if it works for you, you can try the plugin free for 30 days and if you cancel before you won’t pay anything.
We leave you the link to the Trial version in case you want to try it: https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-premium/
Thanks!Hello, WooCommerce native import should work. We leave you a link to the explanation in the manual.
Do you have the Premium version of the plugin?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Supplier Order Email] Multiple RecipentsHello Slavys, the normal behavior of the plugin is to send an email to each supplier with products in the order every time the order changes to the “Processing” state. In the Premium version you can also send emails manually from the WooCommerce order list page.
If a product has multiple suppliers, the order email for that product will only be sent to the primary supplier.
Yes, when a product has several suppliers, an email is sent to all those suppliers, you can do it from the functions.php file of your child theme or from a code snippet as explained in our manual: https://plugins. mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-manual/#hooksThe hook to add is this: add_filter( ‘send_emails_to_all_suppliers’, ‘__return_true’ ); and it only works if you have the Premium version of the plugin. You can try it for free for 30 days so you can be sure if it works for you: https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-premium/?lang=en
Thanks!

In reply to: [Supplier Order Email] AwesomeHello, the Premium plugin shows the total price but does not break down the taxes.
In the Premium plugin there is the option to create custom templates in your child theme and in them you could show the tax.
I leave you a link that explains how to do it: https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-manual/#overrideIf you have knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP you can do it yourself.
If you prefer, you can request a quote for us to do at [email protected]We also leave you the link to the Premium plugin that you can try for free for 30 days: https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-premium/
Thanks!

In reply to: [Supplier Order Email] Adding a custom product SKUs to the emailHello, the plugin always displays the ‘SKU’ in emails (if it existed in the product when the order was placed). The name of the column where it is shown is ‘Reference’. Thanks!

In reply to: [Supplier Order Email] Can you clarify if the plugin is FREE or paidHello Jacquie, the regular version with the basic functionalities is free. If you have the free version and go to the settings panel of the plugin you will see that there are gray fields that you cannot select (in some it indicates “Premium version”). You will also see a field at the bottom to enter your license key. (you can get a license key trial to try the Premium version for 30 days for free).
If you have the Premium version you will see that at the bottom of the settings panel a green message appears that indicates “PREMIUM VERSION IS ACTIVE”. You can see the functionalities that Premium allows here: https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-premium/
The payment is annual and if your payment is overdue, you have a few days to pay it and thus prevent the Premium version from being deactivated.
If you want us to verify the status of your subscription, you can send us an email to [email protected] indicating the email with which you subscribed.
Thanks and best regards,

In reply to: [Supplier Order Email] Can products be updated via CSV Upload/Download?Hi, if your logo is uploaded correctly and the format is jpg or png, it should be showing.
If it is not displayed, it could be that our plugin is not compatible with the way your theme is saving the logo or that some other plugin is interfering with this.
To find out what is happening we should investigate it in your WordPress installation.
Please, write us an email with the access data to your installation and we will investigate what the problem may be.Thanks!

In reply to: [Supplier Order Email] Can products be updated via CSV Upload/Download?Hello, we answer your questions:
- To add the functionality that allows you to assign the supplier in a massive way from the products screen, you would have to do some development. If you want us to send you a budget to do so, send us an email to [email protected]
- If the logo is not showing in the emails, check if you have uploaded a logo in the “Site identity” section in your WordPress settings (this section may be different depending on your theme used).
Also check that that logo is a jpg or png image. - The emails are configured to take advantage of the full width of the screen because there are many of our users who need to use many columns in the table of products of the order and if we limit it, all the content would not fit in the table.
However, if you want to limit the maximum width of the email content, there would be 2 options:
A: You can override the template in your child theme and add a width limitation to it as explained in our manual:
https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-manual/#override
To do this you must have knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP. If you do not know how to do it, you can send us an email requesting that we do it for you and we will send you a quote.
B. We could create a new field “Maximum total width (for emails)” in the plugin configuration section where the maximum width can be specified in pixels. You can request a quote by sending us an email to [email protected] - I believe that in a previous message you already informed us of this typo. At that time we already corrected the text in our development plugin so that it appears correctly in the next update of the plugin that will be version 3.3.2. That’s why you still don’t see the changes.
Thanks!

In reply to: [Supplier Order Email] Can products be updated via CSV Upload/Download?Hello, we have fixed the typo for the next version.
To select a supplier for the products in bulk, the only way is to import a csv using WooCommerce’s bulk import.
We leave you the link to our manual:https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-manual/#native-import
Thanks

In reply to: [Supplier Order Email] Can products be updated via CSV Upload/Download?Hello, you don’t have to download or install another plugin. Just copy and paste the activation code in the plugin settings page (below there is a “License key” field) and press “Activate premium”.
Thanks

In reply to: [Supplier Order Email] Can products be updated via CSV Upload/Download?Hello, our plugin stores the data of the supplier that you mark for each product.
You can import/export this data with the native WooCommerce tool (details in our manual: https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-manual/#native-import)To test if the plugin does what you need, you can activate the Premium version for 30 days and if it doesn’t work for you, you can cancel your subscription first and you don’t pay anything.
You can activate your Trial Premium here: https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-premium/Thanks and best regards,
