1. Download Zip file to Computer
2. Extract and copy all to folder plugin
3. Activate it in Administrator screen !And after that if error still be there, i think Wamp has a problem ! Reinstall it !
i will check and add to plugin if this function is userful for most case, and i will give your name to contributer list !

My Customer’s website using WordPress 4.3, it’s new and all plugin have updated !
The hacker encode it to utf-8 encode or hexa and post to comment form, then by some way, it inserts javascript to admin screen, in “edit-comment.php”Is that WordPress security hole ? Maybe not !
