Anything? I’ve been using this theme on another site for years with no issues, it’s nearly an exact duplicate of that site and I’m now having this issue…

I’m already using Post SMTP and it has a log feature, Looks like the connection is timing out. I may have to check with our provider to find out what’s up. Might check out Branda though, has some other interesting features.

Thanks for pointing me in that direction.

It would just be for email notifications and such, but was thinking an overall reference list of just what my options are would be nice is all. Looks like there are a number of fields available that aren’t tied to fields that I just started discovering.

Hmm.. ok. I am using 3 different plugins, including yours. It’s just weird, the only non-standard (built into the base beaver builder) object on the page was the image/icon one and when I remove it, I do not get the mixed content error. So yea, between that and the name, it led me to here. oh well, thanks for the heads up, I’ll follow up with them!

    Thanks!
Don’t have a need for e-signatures, so going to try and see if I can get our company to get Snapshot Pro or something as a way to support you guys.

    Interesting… ok, thanks for that.
The plugin was being used to display the round image on that page. I’ve changed it for a default square image while I wait to hear from that dev to see what might be able to be done.

    ::crossing fingers::

Hopefully this takes care of it. I have had three “smaller” transactions go through, but until I get a much larger order I won’t have a way to test it I guess.

Ok, I had to contact stripe about something else, so I asked about this, and here’s what they say…

`I had found the payment intent sent to your Stripe account is set on manual:

    It says:

    “confirmation_method”: “manual”,
When the confirmation_method is manual, all payment attempts must be initiated using a secret key. If any actions are required for the payment, the PaymentIntent will return to the requires_confirmation state after those actions are completed. Your server needs to then explicitly re-confirm the PaymentIntent to initiate the next payment attempt
You can find more information about this, here:
    D
    https://stripe.com/docs/api/payment_intents/confirm`

I couldn’t find anything in settings about this… but let me know if there’s anything I can do on my end to fix this please.

    And thanks!

    (@mcnee)

Ok, so the second transaction that did not go through yesterday was for $901.91
Just now I was able to successfully do two transactions in the amounts of $264.79 and $579.54

So I don’t know if something has changed, or if the first two were just in high enough amounts to trigger a secondary confirmation or…? but thought I would share this in case it’s useful information.

But these filters are not persistent so they have to be set each time you go to submissions. I suppose you mean it to be more like “screen options” e.g. on “Posts” or “Pages” pages in wp-admin – where you can just select some specific columns to be displayed in post list. Am I on a right track?

I was thinking more along the lines of a couple dropdowns, maybe on the settings tab for an individual form. Primary/Secondary Display Field or something, you select which field is used to be displayed when listing submissions that way or something?

Thanks for the tip on the filtering, I hadn’t played with that much. It may be helpful, but only if I never want to see any of the fields that are listed before company (in my use case). Maybe another way to do it would allow for a save of those filters to be made persistent, but would also have to allow for re-ordering of the fields.

I just had another attempt and had the same results.

    https://mechspecialties.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/06/screenshot01.png

This is what the screen looks like, that empty box at the top is where the “submitting…” info shows up, then clears out and the transaction doesn’t finalize.

    Thanks.

I realize this is an old topic, but just to chime in. Something like this may be of use for us as well. Some of our clients are pre-pay, others are Net30. This would allow me to set up an order form for some of our products or services, and if the customer is PrePay, allow them to pay. If they’re on terms, the could submit the order.

Though I would have to figure out a way to “require” payment from customers not on terms…
