time to switch to another plugin i think

an update to this is that the product category filter does not function correctly. this is the reason the pages load so slowly. once removed pages load as expected but the filter is useless if it cannot filter categories. it is my belief that the devs cut corners on development around this section because the category filter wouldn’t be needed by most users because the filters would themselves be used on category pages.

The end result is an underdeveloped plugin that should be avoided

just to add to this, this plugin has once again affected the datafeedr plugins. i have now asked for support from datafeedr. i personally believe there is a lot of overreach going on with this plugin and i’m sure others agree it is too intrusive for what it needs to do

deleted plugin, downgraded to 16.1.1, downgraded php version and then switched back to original php version

this has been resolved by myself but the issues may affect others

what can i do? there’s no way to demonstrate the problem. other users have made the same compliant but you are not bothering to investigate or fix it

if it does not work on mobile what good is it?

oh right ok, then it does work just not in the way i’d hoped.

I wanted 3 statuses:

Stage 1 Check
Stage 2 Processing
Stage 3 Complete

And for the customer to be able to see which stage they are on in their account.

I set the stages up ok but as you say nothing changes it just says processing

the plugin author tracked one of my companies and left a bad review for it on facebook even though it was nothing to do with my review.

It was reported to me by a client of all people. My review stands…this product is junk and only suitable for baby bloggers. The plugin author is a complete…well you know what!

why? don’t you want people to see your plugin is beset with issues that waste hours of peoples time because it only works in certain conditions which you don’t even know yourself?
