I am having the same issue. In the JetPac security tab is say “Your Current IP: 108.162.215.242” This is not my IP address. My I search the IP address it comes up with: See link https://stopforumspam.com/ipcheck/108.162.215.242 (someone’s Gmail and outlook accounts).
