I forgot to mention, I’m using the SimpleSAML library for my implementation.

I’m using version 3.5.3 of Relevanssi.

I think highlighting is the overall issue. There is one case where I may be getting an unexpected result but I can’t say for certain. If I search "part a" and "part b" one of the results highlights “and” and a “b” at the beginning of a word. “And” is still a stopword in my settings. I’m not sure if this is just the highlighting glitch.

I’m searching the phrase with quotes.

Actually, not every single “a” or “b” is highlighted, just ones at the beginning of a word. Still odd though, as this seems like fuzzy match behavior…

Thanks for the reply. The shortcode is returning the content. I also just found out that I can’t update a post containing one of my shortcodes that calls some WooCommerce functions. I found a lot of posts detailing some conflicts between WooCommerce and Relevanssi.

I’d like to use the “expand shortcode” option if possible. Any other suggestions on how to make my shortcodes compatible?

I figured something out if anyone is interested. It seems the plugin would only redirect non-existent PDFs. I’m not sure if it had to do with the site serving up the 404 page rather than a PDF, but after implementing redirects, I modified some PDF names and I was successfully redirected. There’s a lot more manual work involved but at least I can get the desired results now. Also, be mindful of browser caching if you are trying to get the same type of redirects working.

Unfortunately, this did not work. Was it instantaneous when you did it in the past or did it take a few hours to update? Regardless, I appreciate your help.
