  • Had this hit me out of nowhere the other day. Only sites affected were my WP sites, both the site and the admin side. Tried some of the recommended fixes from simple to complex but nothing worked.

I finally uninstalled Chrome and reinstalled it. Everything works fine now.

I struggled with this one for my Thesis theme… needed to embed an iframe on a page. Finally got it to work… and was so thrilled, I forgot to check it out on IE… I’m using Chrome. Well, just found out that it doesn’t work in IE. In IE, I get the ‘webpage cannot be found’ error message inside my frame. Also doesn’t work in Firefox.

    Any ideas? Please help!!! Thanks!

tried what you suggested with a .pdf file – uploaded my file to the wp-content/uploads folder, but when I place the hyperlink on my page (not post!) and I click on the link, I get a 404 error message (inside the framework of my content part of my template.) Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
