It is not really a problem for us to keep using 2.18, but I thought you should know about the issue.

So you’re saying that the server doesn’t block the classic widgets plugin unless your plugin and SmartSlider are also active at the same time? Sounds like a long shot!

The hosting provider will just tell me it is a plugin issue and I should contact yourselves.

Ah well, I’ll use different plugins instead.

OK, with 2020 theme, classic widgets and widgets bundle, all worked fine.

So I then added everything back one at a time, and have tracked down the issue…

It is Smart Slider 3 which, when activated at the same time as your widgets bundle, stops the classic widgets screen from displaying. If either is activated on its own, there is no issue.

Which is odd!

So I can work round it, but if you do manage to make it compatible, please do let me know.

I have been getting the same issue. Rolling back to v 1.50.1 seems to solve it.

Solved!

The issue was with using the reference form field with options to set the amount, which no longer works. Worked around by using amount field instead.

Hi,

Changing to a default theme and purging the cache didn’t fix the issue.

However, deactivating all my other plugins did fix it. And I’ve tracked it down to the lazy load feature of the SitegroundOptimizer plugin.

So I’ve disabled that, installed a different lazy load plugin, and it is all working fine again.

However, I’m afraid it didn’t help.

Looking at the source, the entire <img class...> line is somehow being duplicated by the popup maker.

Plain text inside a popuptrigger is not duplicated.

It used to work fine, until the plugin version where images vanished entirely.

One other question – will I have to go in and extend the token every two months? And if so, is there a way around that?

Your connect Facebook button wasn’t working, which is why I had to do it manually: it gives me this error message:

App not set up
This app is still in development mode, and you don’t have access to it. Switch to a registered test user or ask an app admin for permissions.

Update…

Removed feed from the site and replaced with one from a different plugin, so ignore the ‘page I need help with’ link.

But if you have a fix, I’d happily go back to using your plugin!
