We have tested with all the plugins and exact Divi theme version you mentioned in your message and everything is working fine on our setup.

1. We would recommend you to update Mailpoet and other plugins and see if it helps.

2. Try disabling other plugins, keeping ours and see if it fixes the issue. Currently we couldn’t find any errors.

3. If still you get these errors, please send us a screenshot of your browser console window. You can do this while viewing Gravity Forms Form editing screen, Right Click >> Inspect >> Console ( In Google Chrome ).

We have tested our plugin with latest Mailpoet, Gravity Forms and WordPress. And the expected plugin features are working.

**Note : Actually, the plugin subscribes a user to a unconfirmed subscriber status once the form is submitted and a email is sent to them to confirm their subscription. If the user clicks on the confirmation link sent to them via email, only then they are finally subscribed to the selected or pre-defined lists.

Hi @mauroit,

This is a feature of Mailpoet and it subscribes every WordPress users ( Subscribers or even WooCommerce Customer role) to a default List named “WordPress Users”.

Our plugin checks if a user is subscribed to Mailpoet or not and depending on this condition shows the subscription form. So if a user is already a subscriber or a returning customer of WooCommerce, we don’t show the subscription form to them.

It’s great to know you are finding our tool useful. And for your query about using it for Admins, you can use this for any user role (Admin, Editors, Subscribers etc).

Hi @adonnan,

Currently our plugin just supports switching between users, so you will be able to set “name your own price” only while impersonating a customer or subscriber user level. There’s no option for ad-hoc pricing in cart for impersonated user built into our system right now.
