At my office I have a wordpress.com site so can enter my cpanel no problem through wpengine. But this site uses .org and I’m not sure how the originator set up the original stuff.

Ok, I tried the steps suggested for logging directly into my cpanel but it is saying I don’t have a username/password for that. Would it not be the same as my wordpress login? Sorry for sounding so stupid. I’m a graphic designer that obviously only knows enough to get myself in trouble. Thank you!!!

Right. So how do I access my database. I am not the one that originally set up the site. I feel like I’m blind because I’m coming in as a second. Thank you!!!

Sorry to be needy, but please tell me exactly how to do that? I have only ever logged in by going to sailingandsuch.com/admin but I can’t access that now. I keep getting the user error.
