Hi @artembilyy
Thank you for explaining it further.
Our plugin supports different types of attributes based on the requirements of various Merchant Centers that we support in our plugin. However, since we do not currently support the Epicentr Merchant Center, achieving the exact format you need is not possible with our plugin at this time.
That being said, we do have similar attribute support in our Yandex feed template. If you are looking to generate a feed with a format like:
<category code="1427">Protein</category>
You can create a feed selecting the Yandex Merchant feed template and add a custom attribute as shown in this screenshot: https://prnt.sc/5NuZQIO_QkC0.
This setup will generate the feed in the format, similar to this example: https://prnt.sc/FK2c9cGdfdIj.
Let me know if this approach works for you or if you need further clarification.
Best regards,
Hi @wantyq,
Kindly excuse the delay in response due to the weekend. We have now reviewed the information you provided.
From your screenshot [https://prnt.sc/fiv7IprjMEHB], we can see that you have selected English as the feed language. As a result, all the product URLs in the feed have “/en/” in the URL, as shown in this screenshot: [https://prnt.sc/AryySokh9-wD].
However, after reviewing the product titles in your feed, we noticed that some products are still displayed in Lithuanian, even though the feed language is set to English. Ideally, all product titles should be in English.
To investigate further, we checked one of the affected products via the product URL:
[https://devinera.com/en/wifi-light-switch-single-pole-white/?attribute_modelis=Su%20neutraliu%20laidu]Upon visiting this page, we found that this product is not translated into English on the frontend. This suggests that while TranslatePress is handling most translations, certain products might still be displayed in their default language due to missing translations.
Explanation of How Our Plugin Handles Translations:When our plugin generates a product feed in a language other than the default, it includes all translated products in that selected language. However, if a product does not have a translation available, it will appear in the default language in the feed.
To resolve this issue, please check the following:
- Ensure all products have translations in TranslatePress.
- Manually verify that each product appears in the correct language on the frontend.
- Clear cache and regenerate the feed to apply any recent translation changes.

Hi @karan346,
Thank you for providing the feed link.
Upon reviewing your feed at https://lolaandveranda.com/wp-content/uploads/rex-feed/feed-31575.xml, it appears that the
<link>
tags within each<item>
correctly reference your claimed domain,lolaandveranda.com
. However, the error message from Pinterest, “Links in the RSS feed are not under the claimed domain,” suggests a discrepancy. Here are some steps to troubleshoot this issue:
- Verify Domain Claiming: Ensure that
lolaandveranda.com
is properly claimed in your Pinterest business account. You can verify this by:- Logging into your Pinterest business account.
- Navigating to Settings > Claimed Accounts.
- Confirming that your domain is listed as claimed.
- Check for Subdomain or Protocol Variations: Ensure that the URLs in your feed and your claimed domain match exactly, including the use of
www
(e.g.,https://www.lolaandveranda.com
) or the protocol (http
vs.https
). Mismatches can cause Pinterest to perceive them as different domains. - Contact Pinterest Support: If you’ve verified that your domain is correctly claimed and your feed adheres to the required format, but the issue persists, it would be beneficial to reach out to Pinterest Support for further assistance.
Please let us know your findings.
Best regards,
Hi @artembilyy,
Thank you for the information.
Currently, our Product Feed Manager for WooCommerce plugin does not support generating feeds compatible with the Epicentr Merchant Center.
We are actively working on expanding our plugin’s compatibility to include more merchant centers in the future.
If you have any further questions or need assistance with our plugin, feel free to ask.

Hi @bravobravus,
Thank you for reaching out.
To create a Facebook catalog feed that includes all variations of your tabletops—such as different thicknesses and sizes— follow the steps below.
Here’s how you can set this up:
- Enable Variable Products in Your Feed:
- Navigate to your WordPress dashboard.
- Go to Product Feed and click on Add New Feed (or edit an existing one).
- Click on the Settings button.
- In the settings drawer, enable the option Include All Variable Products Variations. This ensures that each variation (combination of thickness and size) is included in the feed.
- Include Variation Details in Product Titles:
- Still, in the settings drawer, enable Include Variation Name In The Product Title. This will append the variation attributes (e.g., thickness and size) to the product title, making it clear in your Facebook catalog.
- Ensure Variations Are Not Excluded:
- By default, WooCommerce marks product variations as “invisible.” To include them in your feed, make sure the Exclude Invisible/Hidden Products option is disabled.
For a detailed walkthrough, please refer to our documentation on How To Include Variable Products To The Feed.
By following these steps, your Facebook catalog will display all available combinations of thickness and size for each tabletop species, allowing customers to choose their preferred options directly from your ads or shop.
If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, feel free to ask.

Hi @wantyq,
We tried to regenerate the issue on our end but are not facing the same problem. After reviewing the feed file you provided, we noticed that while the product links are generated in English, the product titles are displayed in Lithuanian, with a few titles containing some English words. However, we were unable to replicate this issue on our side.
To assist you further, we would need a bit more information:
- The versions of the PFM (Product Feed Manager) and TranslatePress plugins you are using.
- A screenshot of your Full Feed Attributes, Feed Filter, and Feed Settings sections.
If you’re unable to share this information here, feel free to reach out to us directly through our official support channel, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Looking forward to your response.
Best regards,
Hi @artembilyy ,
Thank you for reaching out!
To better assist you with creating an attribute with two values in the format you’re looking for, could you please specify which Merchant Center you’re preparing the feed for? The reason I ask is that our plugin offers an option to select from a variety of merchant centers, and depending on the selection, it will generate the feed in the specific format required by that platform.
Let me know which Merchant Center you’re working with, and I’ll provide you with more specific guidance based on that.
Looking forward to your reply!
Best regards,
Hi @karan346 ,
Thank you for the additional information. The issue you’re encountering with Pinterest displaying “not from the claimed domain” typically happens when the products in your feed link to a domain that hasn’t been claimed or verified on your Pinterest account.
Here’s how you can resolve this:
Verify Your Domain on Pinterest:
Ensure the domain associated with your product URLs is claimed in your Pinterest account.- Log in to your Pinterest account.
- Navigate to?Settings > Claimed Accounts.
- Claim your website by adding a meta tag or uploading an HTML file as instructed by Pinterest. Here is doc of Pinterest on this:?https://help.pinterest.com/en-gb/business/article/claim-your-website
Regenerate the Feed:
Once the domain is claimed and the URLs are verified, regenerate the Pinterest feed using the Product Feed Manager plugin and re-upload it to Pinterest. If the issue persists after following these steps, please share more details about your setup so we can assist you further. We’re here to help!
