When submitting a job, you can add the details of the company associated with the job listing. You can see this in our documentation here:

If you’d like to edit an existing job, to add/edit details about the company associated with it, this can be done from the Job Dashboard by clicking on the listing’s title or the “Edit” action item:

That’s certainly unexpected! We haven’t heard from others about this, so it sounds like it could be a conflict of some kind. Have you tried temporarily switching to a default theme, such as Twenty Twenty, disabling all other plugins, re-enabling them one-by-one, and testing in between each plugin activation? That may help you find the cause of the issue.

@analiaserafiniv you’ll want to use another plugin for customizing the registration page. I was able to find this one as an option:

I don’t have any experience with it personally, but I’d suggest taking a look to see if it offers the features you’re looking for.

I dont know how could I edit the register page and create a profile where the user can see their information.

When using Sensei, all learners have their own profile page. You can find more information in our documentation here:

As for the register page, could you share a link to that specific page so I can take a look and let me know what you were looking to change?

Could you tell me a bit more about what you had in mind? And are you referring to a sign up page or a login page?

I need the profile page, when the user registered. Is that possible?

Are you looking for a My Account-like page where the user could manage their own account information?

Also, could you share a bit more about your goals for the site? Were you looking to sell access to your courses or did you have something else in mind?

Is there any way to add a “are you sure you want to submit” popup? Or, is it possible to add a feature to the next update?

That isn’t something available in Sensei currently, but if you’d like to see it added, I’d encourage you to submit it as a feature request through GitHub.

Our developers have discovered an issue when using version 6.6 or later of WordPress that is causing the problem. They have an update to the WP Job Manager plugin, which will address the issue. I don’t have an exact timeline for a release, but you can keep an eye out for that update to resolve the issue. ??

@andrewjae, if you’re having trouble with the Regions for WP Job Manager plugin, I’d suggest reaching out in that plugin’s support forum.

As a bit of initial troubleshooting, have you tried switching to a default theme — such as Twenty Twenty — to see if there could be a theme conflict? Have you tried disabling other plugins on your site temporarily to see if there could be a plugin conflict?

I tried the CSS and it works when I added it to the theme. It doesn’t work when I add it to plugin’s additional CSS.

You should be able to add it to your site within the theme Customizer — Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS. That would be preferable compared to adding it to your theme’s files, if that’s where you’ve added it. This way, if there is a theme update, the custom CSS will remain applied to the site.

WP Job Manager is compatible with PHP 8.2. It should work with 8.3 as well, however, you may receive deprecation notices for class-wp-job-manager-usage-tracking.php when using 8.3. If you’d like to keep an eye on our progress related to that deprecation notice, you can follow along with the issue on GitHub.
