This has been happening since the start (just on our intranet web site – I have used this program on another web site with no issues). All users are automatically listed as learners including Subscribers. Subscribers enroll by selecting the “take this course ” button. The issue is that the course itself does not have a “Date Completed” and the status shows as “In Progress” even though all lessons show as completed or passed. The certificate will not generate until the course have a “date completed” date. Again, this is only happening with Subscribers which I dont think have any custom capabilities
