It seems we have found the error.
We clicked on an old order purely by chance and the SKU and product image were there, because the product is still available in shop (product has not been removed).

Question:
If a product will be removed from the shop, only the product name will be shown in orders, no SKU no product image. Is this correct?

I think it was easier if you can take a look closer in WordPress/WooCommerce Admin Dashboard yourself.

Or is the only way to insert a large value in this field?

Because if the customer will create more and more products over time, it could be possible that he will exceed the value again. Or do you recommend inserting a very very large number to not exceed this?
