Hi @kadikey58 – we are sorry to hear that you are having this issue.

I viewed the parkotel-sochi.ru site and yes, I see what you are referring to. We have seen multiple similar reports and believe we have tracked this down.
    ?
?Could you please Disable accessibility features under Popup Settings > Advanced tab. See this: https://share.getcloudapp.com/lluNWbe6??

??Once saved, reload the site and this should solve the issue from your end. Hope this helps you as well.

If that works for you then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

Otherwise, you can reach us directly to our HelpScout support desk. Check this link: https://wppopupmaker.com/support/ Thank you.

Hello there, @terry789, glad to hear that it did worked for you.

By the way, if you have time then we would very much appreciate it if you could quickly rate the plugin, just to help us spread the word.

    Have a great day! ??

I am also having this issue. But do we have to make the above change in the accessibility settings for every pop up individually, or is there a global setting for all pop ups?

Hello @silverfox93 – I see that you have opened a support ticket regarding this as well.

I’m afraid to say that you will need to update all the popup.

That said, we can try to implement a global fix by using custom CSS code for that. Could you please set up a test page where we can see the issue from your end and we can take a closer look at it?

Kindly advise and thanks in advance.

    Hello.
After updating the plugin, a border appeared.
When you click on the shape, the border disappears.
Looked at the information above, but there are no
    settings for limited options.
    What do i do?`

The problem has been resolved. Found where to tick (Disable special features.) Thanks for the video.
    Everything works perfectly!

Hi, it worked for me as well, thank you very much ??

    Hi,

I’m wondering if there will be a longer term solution, as clients are complaining about the blue box and going into 100s of sites isn’t a viable solution for an issue created with an update.

Possibly you can issue an update that disables this specific visible accessibility feature by default (so it appears as it used to) and provide a way in settings to enable it for sites/clients who want the blue box?
That would maintain compatibility and not force us to edit many sites which are using the popup.

    Thanks for your help!
