Clearing my cookies for the site directly seemed to help however, but I would hate to have to inform my customers that they will need to clear their cookies in order to see correct quantities. Any ideas on how to get around that>

No I can see how to filter by that sales channel. That works just fine

I had a shopify website setup through them. when people were on the site, I could see active carts and hwo many people are currently online from the shopifyu dashboard. I would like to, if possible, retain that functionality on the shopify dashboard instead of using google analytics.
