<p>More information about our Cookie Policy</p>

Ignores it, also when I activate “cookie policy” tab (turn on in the settings) it displays the “More information about our Cookie Policy” under the title “3rd Party Cookies” which is another tab XD and clearly not the default title for cookie policy tab. So there are some conflicts with the plugin himself

Thanks for suggestion mbm1982, but look at something guys:

when you get an http error 500, that locks you out of dashboard, you don’t know what’s causing it.

If you google it, there are like 30 different causes and fixes:

    https://www.lifewire.com/500-internal-server-error-explained-2622938

ONE can be this one, a plugin conflict / update error. Others can be low memory on server, php error, htaaccess error, etc.

UNTIL you check the error.log of your website, via FTP because you can’t access dashboard, you don’t know if it is a PLUGIN error, or another one out of the remaining 36 possible problems.

So yeah, if I can see future, next time I will just delete de plugin folder.

But as it was before, not until I could check which error was it, I could find out it was THIS PLUGIN fault. And by then, I was already talking with my domain provider, since I had no error.log, and had to activate a “developer” box in my domain’s dashboard to see some details about the error.

And yes, THEN, I seen that it mentioned something about this plugin, and maybe could have directly deleted the plugin folder.

But not before, because you don’t know what is causing it. And by then I was already dealing with my domain provider’s support, where I decided to simply restore a backup, instead of manually tinkering with ftp files.

So, for the next time, I will not be deleting the plugin folder, 1-because I am not using this plugin anymore, it was a “single wrong line of code” but it gave me a fatal error, which the other….50 plugins I used over 3+ years didn’t do it, and I will not be deleting the plugin folder if this happens “next time”, because as I stated, and shown with a troubleshooting guide, this solution does only work for 1 out of “30” different things that can cause it.

    Thanks anyway.

Ok, thanks for support. I understand this is an unintended error, and appreciate the support, I am just very nervous cause in 3h I haven’t fixed it (I know, maybe could have fixed it faster via FTP method, but more risky for me).

I’ve changed rating from 1 star to 3, at least the developer seems to care and is trying to provide support.

    Thanks for support!

Thanks for answer, the problem is I can’t access dashboard.

I have requested a backup restoration to my domain / host provider, 1h ago, and still waiting.

I know you can access via FTP, and remove / install plugins, or do other 24 thousand things. The fact is this is a enterprise website, and same I didn’t require to touch ftp’s files to install this, I don’t want to do it to fix it.

Thanks for reply, for fixing it etc, but the heart-attack I had when finding I can’t access my website dashboard, and the concern until it is fixed can’t be “fixed”.

1.6 may have fixed it, but I am not risking to have this big problem again, which I have yet to solve. Of course if the backup doesn’t fix it I will try to remove / reinstall via FTP, but I hope I don’t need to.

HORRIBLY CODED PLUGIN!!! Also gave me fatal error, can’t access DASHBOARD!!!

    Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined function wp_get_current_user() in /home/whocares/www/wp-includes/capabilities.php:590 Stack trace: #0 /home/whocares/www/wp-content/plugins/leverage-browser-caching/leverage-browser-caching.php(30): current_user_can(‘manage_options’) #1 /home/whocares/www/wp-settings.php(305): include_once(‘/home/whocares…’) #2 /home/whocares/www/wp-config.php(69): require_once(‘/home/whocares…’) #3 /home/whocares/www/wp-load.php(37): require_once(‘/home/whocares…’) #4 /home/whocares/www/wp-admin/admin.php(31): require_once(‘/home/whocares…’) #5 /home/whocares/www/wp-admin/index.php(10): require_once(‘/home/whocares…’) #6 {main} thrown in /home/whocares/www/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 590

Waiting for my provider to re-establish a backup! Uninstalling the plugin asap, and rating this plugin with 0 starts, given the AWFUL “support” answer from “”””developer”””.

Please reinstall plugin? Not even a “sorry, I messed up???”. And how do you want us to reinstall plugin, if can’t access the dashboard? Via FTP I guess? Almost not complicated at all, thankfully you provided “accurate” instructions on how to do it eh???

PLUGIN NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PROFESSIONAL USE, IT BREAKS YOUR SITE, AND DEVELOPER DOESNT EVEN HELP!!!
